Acupuncture reduces IVF anxiety

Acupuncture benefits women experiencing anxiety related to procedures involved during in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment. A systematic review and meta-analysis by an American and Australian team analysed data from eight trials with 2253 participants. Meta-analysis found small but significant effects on anxiety with acupuncture versus any control.
